The Inspiration for the Program
China: Selected Resources for Continued Exploration
In support of Moravian's year of China, the library is pleased to provide this guide as a starting place to begin your exploration of the topic.
When you think of books, articles, and/or Web sites about China, you may automatically think of history and nothing else. Maybe given the latest headlines, your first thoughts go instead to issues of economics or politics. Or, perhaps you're thinking about the future, and issues of education or science emerge. Maybe you're a fan of Chinese art, or maybe, like me, you couldn't live without the food!
Wherever your thoughts and research about China take you, know that the library provides resources to support you in your exploration. Chinese history? Check. Economics? Got it. Politics? Sure. How about religion? You bet. Even health care? No problem. Human rights? Yes. And, the list goes on and on.
So, go ahead. Take the leap. Click on the tabs on this guide to get a taste of what our library provides for you.
